This policy explains what information What's Wrong collects when you use the Service, and how it's used.

1. What we collect

• Your problem description — the text you submit is sent to TypeSafe AI's Jev classification API to generate your diagnosis, and stored so your report can be retrieved after payment.
• Postal code (optional) — if provided, used only to look up local service providers via Google Places. Only the postal code/FSA is sent to Google, not your full address or name.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
• Basic technical data — IP address (used only for rate-limiting abuse of the free diagnosis endpoint), and standard web server logs.

We do not require an account, email address, or name to use the Service.

2. How we use it

Solely to generate and deliver your diagnosis report, process payment, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data.

3. Third parties

Your description is processed by TypeSafe AI (Jev). Postal codes are sent to Google Places API when supplied. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each of these third parties has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data it receives.

4. Data retention

Diagnosis records (description, classification results, and report) are retained so you can return to a paid report later. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us with your diagnosis ID.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you by emailing support@whatswrongwith.xyz.
